He play football, do platform lifts, all kinds of wacky kettle-bell stuff .According to him it is depend on the individual to identify what’s right and change things up. Body is like a machine and adjusts to whatever you’re doing. Stuck to one thing isn’t well. That’s way he does wide-receiver workouts. He does stretch before match, but he also does stretch after workout. He never stuck to one type of exercises. He do all different kinds of workouts such as stretching exercises and isolated stuff, more basic work and those fixed actions. He would also do low-power cardio for warm-up, and then depending on how body’s feeling, focus in and do a stretch continuously. But once he get that blood moving, it’s right to start moving some weight. He also play with his daughter, like to throw a baseball or softball ,go to on a hiking with daughter and also go to on beach. According to Roman Reigns it’s hard to achieve and stuck to this type of exercises daily but he is in a business where he is constantly trying to build something up. But he does it appropriately with time management, and determination to achieve power. For exercises he requires a lot of food to keep body going on through this, but he tries to keep it healthy. He takes the burrito bowl at Chipotle with, triple chicken, black beans, rice, cheese, corn salsa triple chicken and guacamole. He likes to exercise on a lighter stomach and don’t like to be physical fatty.
