  研究内容

　　研究包括链球菌和大肠杆菌表面多糖的遗传、结构和抗原特征以及致病机制；细菌糖基水解酶的生物学功能；肺部微生物群落中细菌和真菌的相互作用。应用研究包括利用糖工程技术合成多糖和糖蛋白疫苗。在研国家项目荚膜多糖的支链结构与肺炎链球菌毒力关系的研究；构建细菌传感器诊断肠道疾病。
